The Victorian Chinese-Language Health & Wellbeing Hub is an independently operated, non-commercial Chinese-language public information access platform. It is dedicated to aggregating and presenting publicly available information related to life in Victoria, including health, daily living, safety, legal matters, and community wellbeing, and to providing Chinese-speaking communities with an authoritative and traceable access point to public information in Chinese.

Through structured organisation and clear access guidance, the platform assists Chinese-language users to more easily locate, understand, and make use of existing public services and resources in Australia and the State of Victoria, and to better understand their basic rights and important social matters.

Currently, the Victorian Chinese-Language Health & Wellbeing Hub systematically aggregates and links to multilingual resources published by nearly 200 Australian public institutions, including government departments at all levels, national-level health bodies, hospitals, and community health and welfare organisations. All information presented on the platform is provided via direct links to the official websites of the original publishing organisations, including but not limited to government departments, public health information platforms, legal and legal assistance bodies, and major public health and not-for-profit organisations that have published Chinese-language materials.

The platform does not host, upload, produce, translate, or edit any official content. It only provides brief descriptive summaries, categorisation, and access guidance for publicly available information, for general public reference purposes. The information presented does not constitute medical, legal, or any other form of professional service or official publication, nor does it represent the official position of any government department or organisation.
